To be creditable your experience must be at (or equivalent to) GS-13 or above and should be directly related to planning, organizing and administering the full range of operations associated with administrative, personnel and/or program matters for a component.

Duties should include conducting broad/complex studies; gathering and analyzing facts and compiling final reports; resolving conflicts; negotiating complex/sensitive matters; interpreting and applying relevant laws, regulations, policies, legal principals, etc to specific SSA programs (e.g., EEO) and representing a component at high-level meetings.

NOTE: Duties of this nature should be typical of your everyday work. Experience from participation in a special project or workgroup is not creditable unless that experience equals 52 weeks at the required grade level.
