Utilize electronic testing equipment to perform operational tests on electronic/electromechanical switching systems to ensure they are functioning properly.

Manipulate electronic testing equipment to properly configure test sets for parameters verifications.
8.
Apply electronic theories relative to telecommunication systems to perform equipment installations or repairs.
9.
Utilize knowledge of electronic theory to locate electronic systems malfunctions.
10.
Perform wiring and installation tasks taking into consideration the intricate relationships between electronics, electrical and mechanical components to accomplish work.
11.
Operate power tools to install or maintain telecommunications electronics systems.
12.
Utilize hand tools such as pliers, cable cutters, or crimpers to accomplish wiring tasks.
13.
Use electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, distortion analyzers, and data bit analyzers, etc. to locate telecommunications systems malfunctions.
14.
Perform diagnostics to obtain correct data for electronic equipment repairs.
15.
Determine the best method to repair telecommunication systems maintaining awareness of interfacing systems to create a functioning systems.
16.
Troubleshoot systems wiring to locate defects to make required repairs.
17.
Fabricate prototype wiring harnesses for inter/cross connects to provide service to fixed multiplexers, data modems or line drivers.
18.
Improvise interconnectivity of electronic equipment and systems to repair existing equipment installations.
19.
Recommend innovated concepts to simplify the installation of electronic equipment.
