This is a Term position scheduled to last one year. A term position may be extended to a maximum of six years depending upon the needs of management. Are you available for term employment?

I have successfully completed a full course of study in a school of law accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) and have the first professional law degree (LLB or JD).

I am a member in good standing of the bar of a State or Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

To qualify at the GS-12 grade level, I have two years of professional legal experience acquired after being submitted to the bar, commensurate with the duties and responsibilities of the position; OR I have the second professional law degree (Master of Laws (LL.M.)) plus 1 year of professional legal experience after being submitted to the bar, commensurate with the duties and responsibilities of the position.

To qualify at the GS-13 grade level, I have more than two years of professional legal experience commensurate with the duties and responsibilities of the position.
