Are you a family member of a U.S. Armed Forces member or a U.S. citizen employee of a U.S. Government Agency (including non-appropriated fund activities) whose duty station is in the local commuting area; AND, you reside with your sponsor or you will be relocating to your sponsor's duty station within 30 days?
