To meet the minimum qualifications for the Supervisory Attorney (ADR Specialist - Whistleblower Reprisal), GS-0905-14 position, you must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-13 level in the federal service or an equivalent level. Ability to supervise a staff of ADR attorneys.

Expert knowledge of mediation and alternative dispute resolution principles and experience conducting ADR.

Skill in communicating effectively: Oral and Written.

Ability to use interpersonal relationship skills to effectively lead team and build cooperative relationships with individuals/agencies at all levels.
6.
Knowledge of whistleblower statutes and regulations, Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act, and DoD Administrative and Investigative policies, procedures, techniques and practices.
