Time in Grade

Full Performance Level
1. The full performance level (FPL) of this position is a GS-14. Applicants who have permanently held a position with a full performance level equivalent to GS-14 or higher in the competitive service can be referred for selection without competition under our agency merit promotion procedures. Please provide an SF-50 to prove your claim. Without an SF-50 as proof, we cannot apply non-competitive rules. Military rank, details and temporary promotions do not count.

Experience as a subject matter expert (SME) in the installation and operation of technical surveillance and communications intercept equipment used during investigative, enforcement, and intelligence operations; AND 2.) Experience managing an agency-wide technical surveillance and communications intercept equipment program; AND 3.) Criminal investigative knowledge and/or experience to determine the type of electronic surveillance equipment best suited for a particular criminal investigation. (limit characters)
