Are you a current or former federal employee displaced from a position in a federal agency other than the agency hiring for this position? If yes, confirm:

• your grade is equivalent to or below the grade level of the vacancy and

Conditions of employment

This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required. Are you willing to undergo pre-employment and recurring investigations to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance as required?

This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time. Are you willing and able to travel away from your permanent duty station up to 10% of the time?

Develop a legislative program strategy based on a broad background in organizational mission and operations.
11.
Direct an organizations Legislative Proposal Program to ensure submissions to Congress are pertinent, fully coordinated and have a high level of success.
12.
Provide direct and daily senior level interface with congressional staff and members to facilitate dialogue with Congress.
13.
Coordinate with functional experts, directors and field elements to identify factors of significance and present recommendations for actions.
14.
Maintain liaison with Federal entities on developing sources of factual data.
