1. From the descriptions below, select the appropriate response based on your level of experience, education, and/or training, that you fully possess and that demonstrates your ability to perform duties of a Fabric Worker without more than normal supervision.

A. I have the ability to perform the most difficult and complex work. I am consulted by other employees or in difficult situation regarding performance of the following: Operate special purpose heavy duty industrial type sewing machine in the fabrication of items. Construct pilot models on items prior to actual production requiring redesigning or modifying to meet acceptable standards. Perform similar duties on non-vehicle type items: seat cushions, springs and covers, crash pads, door panels, headliners, truck tarpaulins, canvas covers, enclosure curtains, canopies, binocular cases, holsters, surfboards, flotation barriers, shell racks, ballistic shields and curtains, Lance cabs, engine and radiator shrouds, seals (shroud and container), hydraulic hoses (return-to-stock programs and tank production programs), rubber coating (plastisol and poly vinyl chloride), periscope boxes, and fiberglass Items (mortar cheek pads and gun tube shroud). I am considered an expert and work with a high degree of independence.

B. I have the ability to perform the full range in relation to final acceptance: Take measurements and cuts pattern of materials required in accordance with blueprints and specifications. Assist in constructing pilot models on items prior to actual production. Assures that all guidance are followed in order to repair, fabricate, and operate heavy duty industrial type sewing machines for fabrications. Performs complete repair and fabrication on combat vehicles and various non-vehicle type items: seat cushions, springs and covers, crash pads, door panels, headliners, truck tarpaulins, canvas covers, enclosure curtains, canopies, binocular cases, holsters, surfboards, flotation barriers, shell racks, ballistic shields and curtains, Lance cabs, engine and radiator shrouds, seals (shroud and container), hydraulic hoses (return-to-stock programs and tank production programs), rubber coating (plastisol and poly vinyl chloride), periscope boxes, and fiberglass Items (mortar cheek pads and gun tube shroud).

C. I have the ability to perform common by relation to diagnoses defects, determines work methods and trade techniques to: Perform routine repair, fabrication, reclamation, and installation of various items of administrative and combat vehicles. Perform similar duties on non-vehicle type items. Representative Items worked on include, but are not limited to: seat cushions, springs and covers, crash pads, door panels, headliners, truck tarpaulins, canvas covers, enclosure curtains, canopies, binocular cases, holsters, surfboards, flotation barriers, shell racks, ballistic shields and curtains, rubber coating, periscope boxes, and fiberglass Items.

D. I have the ability to perform simple relation to final acceptance for: Assist in repairing and fabricating items that are needed for production. Assist in measuring and fabricating a variety of items such as seat cushions, seat covers, crash pads, door panels, truck tarpaulins, canvas vehicle covers, etc.

E. My experience does not match any of the statements above.
