4. Assures that all production schedules (worksheets) reflect the totals for each category of meal, i.e., patient refrences and standing orders. (limit characters)
5. Inform higher level Supervisors of the need to revise work schedules and estimate labor or other resources. (limit characters)
6. Support and explain management programs to their subordiante (limit characters)
7. Assure safety and housekeeping practices are observed. (limit characters)
8. Determine the number and types of workers needed to accomplish specific projects. (limit characters)
9. Inspect completed work for quality and work order requirements. (limit characters)
10. Recommend solutions to staffing problems and work operations directed by other Supervisors. (limit characters)
11. Investigate work related problems such as excessive costs or low productivity and determine causes. (limit characters)
12. Retrieve computerized information/printouts to assist with tray and/or nourishment assembly. (limit characters)
13. Redirect individual workers and resources to accomplish unanticipated work. (limit characters)
