Implementing and administering Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) or a comparable web tracking and analytics tool.
Using analytics data to create easy-to-understand reports and visualizations using tools such as Tableau.
Collecting, synthesizing and analyzing customer information from multiple sources, including web traffic statistics, server logs, usability testing, online surveys, and social media to inform communications strategy.
Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to support and help steer communications and operational priorities.
