4. Grade Determination GS-13: In addition to the basic requirements, do you have a minimum of 1 year of progressively complex experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12)? Qualifying experience is experience that demonstrates the possession of advanced practice skills and judgment across many areas of physical therapy for both inpatient and outpatient clinics; determining treatment options for complex patients with multiple conditions; and serving as a lead providing clinical practice guidance for other staff PTs and assisting with problem solving.

MERIT PROMOTION DOCUMENTATION REMINDER - If you are a current or former Federal employee, you must provide a copy of your last or most recent SF-50, "Notice of Personnel Action."
