  2. Ability to lead in-depth news using multimedia platforms such as TV, digital, and social media, (i.e., Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  3. Knowledge of international and national journalism laws, practices and ethics with familiarity of libel laws and other laws governing investigative journalism.
  4. Skill in the management of people working in highly stressful newsroom conditions and knowledge of modern management techniques and practices aimed at guiding and motivating subordinates.
