1. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS07: Do you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level? Specialized experience is defined as experience working in an office environment coordinating the administrative and clerical work, maintaining and monitoring established schedules, arranging conferences and meetings, screening calls and visitors, collecting data and preparing reports, establishing and maintaining files, reviewing and drafting correspondence with correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation, utilizing office automation software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
