2. This experience must include: 1) Managing construction or public works grants; 2) Evaluating projects for compliance with contracting requirements; 3) Reviewing contracts prior to bud to determine that construction plans and specifications are within the project scope; 4) Monitoring finances of engineering projects to assure funds are available and approved costs have been paid.
