If you're a current or former Land Management employee, who worked in a term or temporary job, you may be eligible to apply to a merit promotion vacancy if you meet the following requirements and provide the required documentation.  You must apply within two years of your last term or temporary job and meet all of the following conditions:

5. Have you occupied a permanent position in which the full performance level (FPL) is equivalent to the FPL of the position being advertised?
