1. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: GS-0303-7: Do you possess one (1) year of Specialized Experience, equivalent to at least the GS-6 level that equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of this position? Specialized experience is defined as but not limited to: assists in the development, establishment, and maintenance of office procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations regarding the administrative, clerical, and procedural work of the office. Schedules conferences and meetings for the various committees/conferences. Prepares and submits work orders. Uses multiple office automation software with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents that often require complex formats, such as graphics or tables within text, editing and reformatting electronic drafts, and updating or revising existing databases or spreadsheets. Functions as the office alternate ADPAC, troubleshoots technical problems users experience with software and hardware. Make travel arrangements, such as scheduling transportation, making reservations, and preparing travel orders and vouchers, based on general travel intentions, known preferences of traveler, and in accordance with appropriate travel regulations.

2. TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENT: In addition to the above listed Qualification Requirements, applicants must also meet the Time-in-Grade Requirements. Applicants who have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements. For this vacancy, applicants must have held grade GS-6 or higher for at least a year to be eligible for the GS-7 grade level of this position.
