This section will be used to determine if you possess the basic requirements needed to qualify for an Airplane or Helicopter Pilot/Flight, GS-2181. You must submit an ATAFR-209 Form or Flying History Report and failure to submit this form or report will result in an ineligible rating. Failure to respond to this question will result in an ineligible rating.
