I HAVE at least at least 24 months experience, education, or training 1) interpreting regulations/requirements and developing local policies to implement changes effectively, 2) interpreting applicable Federal, State and local laws, and regulations concerning transportation and traffic procedures, 3) interpreting regulations/requirements and developing local policies to implement changes effectively, and 4) which involved negotiations with carriers on individual shipments or traffic movement.

B. I HAVE experience and/or education (from an accredited university) to meet the overall specialized experience.
