I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal service which includes experience advancing information technology data modernization initiatives by developing and implementing enterprise data, and analytic and computational architecture(s) for public health programs that encompass health, administrative, programmatic and scientific data.

4. Describe your expertise and prominence and distinguished record of accomplishments in the fields of computer science and health science focusing on data.

5. Describe your experience with managing a data governance program, including establishing strategic plans and policies, developing and defending budgets, evaluating program accomplishments, and building and maintaining a diverse and effective staff.

6. Describe your experience with developing, coordinating, and evaluating program activities in the areas of data science, informatics, and computer science

7. Describe your experience with developing a data ecosystem needed to accelerate data discovery and value and to define strategic imperatives in terms of the links between increased public health impact, enterprise needs, and technological solutions.

8. Describe your experience with promoting the coordination and harmonization of data use throughout a large organization while being sensitive to the unique programs and goals of the individual Offices within the organization.

9. Describe your experience with formulating data policies built on experience with data collection, protection, confidentiality, use and dissemination.

10. Describe your experience with working effectively with high-level officials across industry, academic and scientific societies, the public health community, healthcare, international partners, and data standards development organizations.
