Do you have at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in Federal Service that includes providing accurate and timely billing and collection activities to be completed in accordance within prescribed policies, regulations and laws; performs analysis of complex problems, gathers and collects the necessary information, establishes the facts, and takes or recommends actions, based upon the application or interpretation of established guidelines, uses independent judgment to best assist patients/customers and come to a resolution regarding their patient/customer billing, eligibility, insurance and care and/or services provided.

14. Documents current account status for all billing and accounting actions, transactions and decisions on the patients' co-payment bills and identifies when encounters are considered billable or Non-billable.
