Eligibilities

What is your current Federal Technician or Military status? Please make an appropriate choice.

Are you an Enlisted between the ranks of E-1(PV1) through E-9(SGM), or a Warrant Officer between the ranks of W-1(WO1) through W-5 (CW5), or a Officer between the ranks of O-1(2LT) through O-6(COL)? Members of another branch of service, or prior service members, should ensure they are eligible and willing to join the Texas Army National Guard within the ranks listed above. Civilians without prior service should respond "No".

Do you currently possess one of the following primary or secondary Compatible Military Assignments? Or are you willing and eligible to complete the MOS qualifications and requirements to fall within the listed Compatible Military Assignment within 1 year of appointment?

Do you have at least 36 months experience, education or training developing and recommending policy, organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of intelligence operations. Experience in administrative, investigative, or technical work which required the applicant to deal effectively with others. Experience collecting, evaluating and organizing pertinent facts and to analyze and prepare clear and concise reports.

Do you currently have a Top Secret security clearance, or are you able to acquire and maintain a Top Secret security clearance within the first year of employment?

Are you pending any security clearance actions that can impact your clearance?

Have you worked in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) or with sensitive programs?

Have you managed Personnel Security Programs?

Have you developed treat briefs for senior leaders?
