3. TIME IN GRADE

Analyzing processes used in facility maintenance activities to make recommendation for changes; 4. Utilizing knowledge of the use and complexities of computerized facility and work order management systems; and 5. Assisting with developing scopes of work, contract performance standards and government estimates.
