Ensure that treatment, repair and construction of historic structures comply with the provisions of the National Historic Preservation Act.

Apply organizational policy and guidelines to the preservation, maintenance, construction and treatment of historic structures.

Respond to requests for technical conservation information under tight constraints.

Develop preservation maintenance manuals for monuments, memorials, statuary and other historic structures that include tasks and recommendations for day-to-day cleaning as well as cyclic maintenance.

Plan and execute small and medium scaled conservation projects on memorials, consisting of a stone base and a bronze statue.

Assist with or prepare and review scopes of work with a professional team for large and medium scaled repair and construction projects.
18.
Supervise a work crew's day to day activities and complete performance appraisals.
19.
Assist with the development of a yearly work plan for a work crew.
20.
Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHA) are met or exceeded on all projects, both internal and contracted.
21.
Design architectural conservation projects involving historic and new significant structures.
