Develops and maintains implementation toolkits, protocols, policies and procedures to guide the VISN and associated health care systems in the implementation and evaluation of sleep services within the network. These services include but are not limited to intra- and interfacility home sleep apnea testing, synchronous telehealth, remote monitoring programs for positive airway pressure (PAP) devices, remote PAP device delivery and education methods, and travel clinics. Identifies stakeholder offices for each service and ensures representation from each office during document or toolkit development.
