They are not eligible for retirement contributions, to participate in the Thrift Savings Plan, nor to a supplemental or re-determined annuity for the reemployment period. Discontinued service retirement annuitants (i.e. retired under section 8336(d)(1) or 8416(b)(1)(A) of title 5, United States Code) appointed to the Department of Defense may elect to be subject to retirement provisions of the new appointment, as appropriate.

1. I currently possess a Top Secret security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and am willing and able to maintain required level of clearance while employed in the subject position. (limit characters)

This position has been identified as a Test Designated Position (TDP) and I am willing and able to refrain from the use of illegal drugs as defined under federal law in the Controlled Substances Act and if requested, I will submit to urinalysis testing.
