8. Priority Placement Program, DoD Military Spouse Preference (MSP) Eligible:  I am a military spouse who is currently married to my active duty sponsor. I am exercising my preference eligibility for positions within the local commuting area of my sponsor's current duty station.  I certify that I have not accepted nor declined a permanent, continuing Federal or non-appropriated fund position in the local commuting area of our current duty location. 
NOTE 1:  Military spouses are eligible for one permanent noncompetitive appointment using their preference eligibility for the duration of the active duty sponsor's assignment to a permanent duty station, as long as the military spouse has not declined or accepted a permanent Federal or non-appropriated fund position in the commuting area of the sponsor's current duty location.  If you certify that you have not used your preference at your sponsor's current duty location and it is discovered to be untrue, you may be subject to loss of MSP and possible disciplinary action.

4. Drive and maneuver vehicles in all conditions such as ice and snow and while driving in tandem with other vehicles while complying with safe driving rules when. (limit characters)
5. Install gutters and drainage areas on shoulders of roads, dig for water and gas lines, and maintain ditches utilizing hydraulically controlled blade, backhoe, or other attachments. (limit characters)
6. Operate airfield clearing equipment close to other persons, buildings, or obstructions. (limit characters)
7. Operate assigned equipment properly according to safety rules and regulations (limit characters)
8. Operate bulldozer for purposes such as covering materials dumped at sanitary fill; piling dirt for front end loaders; or excavating dirt for various other projects. (limit characters)
9. Operate equipment with hydraulically controlled blades, backhoes, or other attachments. (limit characters)
10. Operate one or more types of heavy equipment to push, pull, pile, or load materials, such as sand, gravel, earth, coal, moving and covering refuse, and clearing brush, rocks, tree stumps, and other material. (limit characters)
11. Operate the vacuum nozzle and operating gutter brooms and spray bars on vacuum type airfield sweepers. (limit characters)
12. Perform operator maintenance on vehicles such as cleaning vehicles and checking and replenishing fluids to proper levels, examining and changing filters, lubricating equipment, and making necessary adjustments. (limit characters)
13. Remove debris and foreign objects using the airfield sweeper (limit characters)
14. Review written work orders concerning the location of the job, the work to be done, and the position to be taken during snow removal or other assigned operations. (limit characters)
15. Schedule ther sweeping of runways and taxiways per established regulatory guidance. (limit characters)
16. Set and adjust controls on vacuum type airfield sweepers. (limit characters)
17. Starting, warming, cooling, and stopping engines of equipment being operated per operator's manual. (limit characters)
