Thank you for your interest in a Counseling Psychologist (Substance Abuse) position with the Department of the Army. Your resume and the responses you provide to this assessment questionnaire will be used to determine if you meet the basic eligibility and qualification requirments for this position. A. I have successfully completed at least 2 full academic years of graduate study directly related to professional work in counseling psychology, or have a master's degree directly related to counseling psychology. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)

2. Select the one statement that best describes the experience that you possess that demonstrates your ability to perform the work of Counseling Psychologist (Substance Abuse) at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service.

A. I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes conducting clinical assessments of substance abuse patients; formulating behavioral health treatment plans; and providing professional counseling to substance abuse patients.

B. My experience is not reflected in the above statement.
