Acceptable documentation of your preference eligibility includes at a minimum: A copy of the PCS orders, and your marriage certificate or license.
Failure to provide this documentation will result in a rating of ineligible.

Conditions of Employment
1.
I am willing and able to travel away from my duty location.
2.
I am willing and able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
3.
I understand that this hiring activity, within Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA) Headquarters, has converted to the Acquisition Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) which is an alternate personnel system. This position has a control point, thus the salary range for this position is capped at GS-13, step 5, which is currently equivalent to $103,396. If my current salary is above this amount, my salary may be matched.

This position requires that the selectee meet the Ocean Simulation Facility (OFS) Diving Watch Officer Qualification. I am willing and able to obtain and maintain (OFS) Diving Watch Officer Qualifications within 18 months of employment.
