Knowledge of criminal investigation statutes, regulations, policies and reporting requirements of DCIS (criminal procurement/contract fraud, theft, illegal export of sensitive DoD articles, bribery/corruption in DoD operations) to include knowledge of the laws and regulations relating to the investigative jurisdiction within DoD, including the U.S. Code, Federal Rules of Evidence, and the Uniformed Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).
