I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal service which includes experience directing the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of heart disease and stroke program activities that address public health priorities for chronic disease prevention and health promotion.

Describe your leadership experience in leading, directing and managing chronic disease prevention activities that support public health prevention efforts, particularly where heart disease and stroke prevention and control are concerned, or other relevant chronic disease program area.
