2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level (starting salary $121,316) if you have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience at this level must include experience in each of the following: 1) Maintain existing, develop, coordinate and implement security authorization packages for major applications and systems; 2) Compose acquisitions packages and conduct logistical support for high-value acquisitions; and 3) Conduct oversight, coordination, and maintenance of existing hardware, software, applications and contractor contracts.
