To be minimally qualified for this position you must have at least one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes: Experience that demonstrates managing projects or programs related to human resources activities from a business perspective. Experience must include working with strategic initiatives and programs in Human Resources (e.g. Hiring, Performance Management, IRS Reporting Center, gains and losses, organizational charts, time keeping, new hire onboarding, and processing hardship requests). Experience must include working and administering HR systems in an automated HR environment and making recommendations for improvements and administering programs and projects dealing with automated HR tools such as HR Connect, ePerformance, and CareerConnector/ USA Staffing. Experience applying the laws and policies applicable to human resource operations (i.e. National Agreement, Internal Revenue Manual, and Office of Personnel Management Handbooks) and experience developing written and oral communications on programs or policies for executive, managerial, or senior leadership approval.
