To be creditable, this specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes: possessing working experience developing, managing and directing an extensive local library program; providing information and referencing supporting clinical and nursing programs, councils, and committees; serving as an active team member with multi-disciplinary management and clinical operations; developing, recommending, and monitoring program budgets; functioning as a resource to clinicians by searching medical databases to identify and retrieve knowledge based information to resolve questions and controversies in diagnosis and treatment.
