12. Make stream discharge measurements using the 0,6,0,2 or 0,8 methods for mechanical current meters time of travel, float stick methods or flow tracker; differentiate between these methods based on flow and stage conditions.

13. Use a variety of hydroacoustic techniques and instrumentation including Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCP) to measure discharge in streams, rivers, and other hydrologic environments.
