Eligibilities
1. All on-board National Guard Title 32 Excepted Technicians within the state for which you are applying (Title 32 Permanent and Excepted Indefinite).  Are you a current on-board National Guard Title 32 Excepted Technician within the state for which this position is being advertised?

To verify your eligibility, you must submit a copy of your most recent Notification of Personnel Action, Standard Form 50 (SF 50) reflecting your Tenure in Block 24 (1 or 2).

4. Must have at least 24 months experience, education, or training involving detailed knowledge of organizations and their functions in logistical support (i.e., supply, maintenance, quality assurance, facilities). Experience integrating actions of a variety of specialized support activities in order to meet program goals. Experience interpreting and applying regulations, laws or practices. Experience planning and organizing work assignments.

2. Knowledge of logistics systems, principles, concepts and methodologies of program management with the ability to perform analytical assignments involving issues with program management and automated systems support. (limit characters)
3. Knowledge of the design of STAMIS systems and their use/relationship to operations and management of logistics programs within the supported units/activities including knowledge of the characteristics of networks and how they interact with serviced STAMIS systems and Automated Logistical Programs. 4. Knowledge of various operating systems, software applications, and database query systems used throughout the serviced applications to be able to install, configure, and troubleshoot software loads and to troubleshoot and identify the cause of reported problems. (limit characters)
5. Comprehensive knowledge of Army National Guard (ARNG) CSS related mission, objectives, terminology and management practices sufficient to recognize probable areas of interaction and overlap between proposed applications and existing systems. (limit characters)
6. Knowledge to analyze information; trace sequences of transactions to resolve questions, provide information, and provide reports. (limit characters)
7. Knowledge of and skill in implementing automated systems changes effectively ensuring software/interim change packages (SCP/ICPs) are applied in proper order. (limit characters)
8. Knowledge to perform analytical assignments or to study and recommend solutions for a specific concern involving several different issues or problems. (limit characters)
