Eligibilities

experience in providing a full range of clinical, administrative, and educational support; serving as a subject matter expert; providing advice on the coordination of transplant care, in collaboration with the Medicine Service Transplant Coordinators and the Community Care Transplant Coordinator RN, for patients who are either: undergoing transplant work-up, currently listed for transplant, or are status posttransplant.
