This is a temporary excepted position open to On-Board Title-32 Texas Air National Guard Technicians, including, members assigned to the Texas Air National Guard. This position required dual status membership in a compatible military assignment within the military grade specified in the Texas Air National Guard. (32 U.S.C. 709) Incumbent will be required to wear the military uniform. Acceptance of an excepted position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment. Temporary appointments are used when there is a need for a temporary position that is not expected to extend beyond one year. Current Permanent employees will be selected for a temporary promotion or reassignment and returned to their previous position once this temporary position terminates.

Do you have at least 36 months experience, education, or training that approaches techniques and requirements appropriate to an assigned computer applications area or computer specialty area in an organization, and experience planning the sequence of actions necessary to accomplish the assignment where this entailed coordination with others outside the organizational unit and development of project controls, and experience that required adaptations of guidelines or precedents to meet the needs of the assignment, and experience preparing documentation on cost/benefit studies where is involved summarizing the material and organizing it in a logical fashion, and experience in managing the function of the work to be performed.
