12. Knowledge of and skill in applying Federal law enforcement/criminal justice theories, techniques, procedures and practices. Demonstrated expert experience in conducting financial fraud, waste, abuse or mismanagement investigations, criminal violations under Title 18 USC and DoD Standards of Conduct, working with law enforcement agencies in combined operations investigations with other Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies. 13. Knowledge of criminal procedures and court proceedings. Testifying before a Grand Jury, court proceedings or hearings; preparing investigative information to support charges and trial strategy; prepared evidence for court proceedings. (limit characters)
