To be qualified for this position at the GS-13 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level. This experience is defined as:
- Analyzing policy and developing options and recommendations for new or revised policies and procedures related to Lead-Based Paint regulations and Healthy Homes issues. AND
- Providing technical assistance and enforcement strategy recommendations to program areas. AND
- Analyzing issues/problems, developing strategies, and presenting solutions to senior management and high level officials, orally and in writing.
