Plan, develop, and carry-out a results-focused monitoring process to improve runaway homeless youth and/or other youth work based on the program's goals and objectives.

Identify strengths and weaknesses of runaway homeless youths and/or other youth programs.

Provide support in the development of runaway and homeless youth program agendas in carrying out work group objectives.

Provide and prepare written comments on program announcements and statements of work for contracts based on program goals and objectives.
