1. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Do you possess one (1) year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position, and that is typically in or related to the work of this position? To be creditable, this experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-9 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes: coordinating the development and implementation of social media strategies; tracking, measuring and analyzing social media performance and effectiveness; educating staff on the use of social media to reach customers; maintaining the internal flow of information by communicating in writing through promotional material, writing speeches and briefings; coordinating and overseeing special events and ceremonies; and writing news releases and articles. A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. Applicants wishing to receive credit for such experience must indicate clearly the nature of their duties and responsibilities in each position and the number of hours a week spent in such employment.

SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: Do you possess 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or LL.M, if related which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of this position?
