Eligibilities
1.
CTAP - I am a current or former competitive service Federal employee of Health and Human Services (HHS) who has received an official notice stating that my position is no longer needed, or that I will be separated by Reduction in Force (RIF) in the same local commuting area of the vacancy.
NOTE: If you select "yes" in response to this question, you must submit copies of appropriate documentation such as a copy of your Reduction in Force (RIF) Notice or other equivalent agency notification documenting your eligibility, a copy of your current (or last) performance rating of record, and a copy of your Notification of Personnel Action, SF-50, or equivalent showing: the position, grade level and duty location of the position from which you were (or will be) separated, your full performance level or career ladder.
