C. I do not meet the minimum qualification requirements as described in the vacancy announcement of being a Recent Graduate.

2. Select one response that best describes how you meet the basic qualification requirements for this position.

A. I have a degree in accounting or a degree in a related field such as business administration, finance, or public administration that included or was supplemented by 24 semester hours of accounting and/or auditing. The 24 hours may include up to 6 semester hours of business law.

B. I have four years of experience in accounting (or a combination of college-level education and accounting experience and training equivalent to four years of experience in accounting), AND have 24 semester hours of accounting or auditing courses. Up to 6 semester hours of business law can be included.

C. I have four year of experience in accounting (or a combination of college-level education and accounting experience and training equivalent to four years of experience in accounting), AND have a certificate as a Certified Public Accountant or a Certified Internal Auditor, obtained through written examination.

D. I have four years of experience in accounting (or a combination of college-level education and accounting experience and training equivalent to four years of experience in accounting), AND have completed the requirements for a degree that included substantial coursework in accounting or auditing (e.g. 15 semester hours) and (a) have worked at the full performance level as an accountant, auditor, or related field, and (b) have been determined by a panel of professional accountants or auditors to have demonstrated the knowledge of accounting that equals that gained from an accounting degree, and (c) except for literal nonconformance with the 24 semester hours in accounting, I have the education, training, and experience that fully meet the specified requirements.

E. I do not meet the basic requirements as described in the vacancy announcement.

Superior Academic Achievement - I meet one of the following requirements: Upper 3rd of my graduating class based on completed courses; 3.0 or higher out of 4.0 based on 4 years of education, or on courses completed in the final 2 years of curriculum, or a 3.5 or higher based on average of major courses completed or major courses completed in the final 2 years of curriculum; a member of the national scholastic honor society in accordance with Association of College Honor societies described in the vacancy announcement.
