5. DoD Military Spouse Preference (MSP) Eligible: I am a military spouse who is currently married to my active duty sponsor. I am exercising my preference for positions within the local commuting area of my sponsor's current duty station. 5. Familiarity and experience with the Status Tool for Environmental Programs (STEPs), the National Guard Bureau application use to develop and fund projects to support the Washington Army National Guard operations.
