Specialized experience for the GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes experience with all of the following:
- Analyzing policy, regulatory, and legislative changes to federal, state or local grant programs and developing recommendations on how to best implement these changes; AND
- Leading the implementation of senior management directed changes; AND
- Developing written guidance for the beneficiaries or recipients of federal, state, or local grant programs; AND
- Developing policies and procedures to enhance the effectiveness or efficiency of federal, state, or local grant programs
