Do you have at least one year of specialized experience that is equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the GS-13 level in the Federal service that includes: (1) experience measuring and managing the impact of climate change on infrastructure investments and/or projects, including management of output and outcome data, outcome results, and proxies for outcomes; (2) experience in impact data collection, analysis, ongoing monitoring, and reporting with a focus on the use of data for decision-making; AND (3) a proven track record in project management, analysis, and reporting?
