Basic Qualifications requirements

I qualify for the GS-15 level because I have one year of specialized experience as defined in the vacancy announcement equivalent to the GS-14 level in Federal service. Examples of specialized experience include: Experience implementing changes to improve program performance for consistency with policies, compliance with procedures and regulations; conducting assessments of complex program operations, identifying problems and inefficiencies, recommending and developing new methods, work processes, and operational practices; and providing advice or guidance to the Executive Leadership Team.
Knowledge of management principles and practices, as well as work processes, in order to perform a wide range of responsibilities and duties, including presenting and proposing work methods, strategies, and options for implementation.
