3. Reviews regular project status reports and statistical data to verify compliance with research reporting and administrative criteria. Responsible for all IRB, R&DC, SRS and regulatory submissions ensuring no lapse in review.

5. The incumbent will be responsible for the recruitment process for the study at all the sites. As part of qualitative research team, the incumbent will own the enrollment process.

6. Gathers statistical and narrative data on project status, including resource utilization, statistical data on participation, adherence to protocols on matters such as participant education, control of data, and other similar matters. Arranges data in formats required by review process.

7. Maintains records, prepares project administrative and statistical reports for review process.

8. Implements data collection and monitoring protocols for the study. Administers or monitors administration of tests and measurements required by project design. The incumbent must be familiar with data abstraction and fidelity monitoring to ensure redaction of all transcribed interviews.

9. Develops policies, procedures and criteria for administration of the organization's health science research program.

10. Monitors compliance with program requirements. Conducts program assessments and prepares reports necessary to program continuity and reporting.

11. Recruits participants, providing information on study objectives and constraints, establishes interviews with the qualitative team. Sets up study records.
