- Your Notification of Personnel Action, Standard Form 50 must reflect your status in the competitive service: Position Occupied is 1 in box 34 (unless you are on a permanent VRA appointment then it will show a 2 in box 34).

Conditions of Employment
1.
I am willing and able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
2.
I am willing and able to submit to random drug testing (urinalysis) on a recurring basis. This position has been identified as a Test Designated Position (TDP) and I am willing and able to refrain from the use of illegal drugs as defined under federal law in the Controlled Substances Act and if requested, I will submit to urinalysis testing. Further, I am willing and able to sign a statement acknowledging the position is occupied as a TDP, and that I am subject to random drug testing as a condition of employment.
3.
This position requires a pre-employment polygraph examination which includes, but is not limited to all or some of these specific questions: previous or current drug use (including marijuana), truthfulness of employment application, and criminal history. I am willing and able to submit to the polygraph examination.
4.
I am willing and able to work an uncommon tour of duty (may include weekend, nights, overtime, or holidays).
5.
I am willing and able to submit to a pre-employment physical exam prior to employment.
