Are you a current or former federal employee displaced from a position in a federal agency other than the agency hiring for this position? If yes, confirm:

Design vegetative management plans with emphasis on wildlife habitat improvement.
7.
Develop plans based upon field data to provide recommendations for elk habitat, riparian areas, or wetlands, to establish beneficial plantings for wildlife, protection of nesting or breeding areas, and development of protection land use classifications.

Analyze the impact of land use practices on wildlife species and associated habitats.
9.
Interpret results from statistical analyses in order to draw rational and objective conclusions.
10.
Analyze data with Geographic Information System (GIS) software, including relevant wildlife applications.
11.
Present informational and educational programs, in-service training or demonstrations on wildlife, fisheries, ecology and natural resources conservation, ecological and/or environmental issues and concerns.
12.
Provide information to the public and other interested parties about water resources and/or restoration projects and programs in person through media, seminars, workshops, discussion sessions, personal interviews, public hearings and/or appearances.
13.
Prepare and deliver briefing materials on water resources and/or restoration projects and programs to executive level leadership.
14.
Write biological or resource management plans (i.e., Habitat Management Plan), technical reports, issue papers, or briefing statements.
15.
Explain or provide guidance on laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures when necessary.
16.
Prepare annual budget submissions, work on portions of Annual Work Plans, mid-year and end-of-year reports or perform similar budgetary duties for a natural resource or biological program to ensure workload and performance targets are appropriate, reasonable, and implemented.

Write annual or summary reports on biological projects.

Develop detailed plans for the mitigation of biological impacts of natural resources development and management.

Develop scope of services and cost estimates for biological surveys and work performed.
